Sealed bids will be received at the Bradley County Economic Development Corportation, 110 North Myrtle, or at P.O. Box 310, Warren, AR 71671, until 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2018 for the following: Remove existing canopy and install necessary framing to receive new 26-gauge metal panels (color to be determined) over an 11 foot, 6 inch tall x 13 foot, 5 inch wide area. Install panels with all necessary trim and flashing to make waterproof. Remove flashing from the brick, clean the brick surface, and re-tuckpoint the mortar.
The right is reserved by the BCEDC to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part. Please mark envelope "Bid for Repairing BCEDC Front."
